Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services

Welcome to Our Cleaning Company. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

Our cleaning services are provided based on the following agreement:

  • Scope of Services: We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and waste removal as detailed in your service contract.
  • Service Hours: Cleaning services are available Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Service Frequency: Clients can choose from one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning schedules, depending on their needs.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Reservations for cleaning services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper scheduling. We strive to accommodate all client requests, but cannot guarantee same-day services except in emergency situations.

2.1. Confirmation

Once a booking is made, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS, detailing the scheduled service date, time, and specific services to be performed.

2.2. Rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to reschedule your service at a convenient time.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services is expected as follows:

  • Pricing: Our services are priced based on the size of the property, the scope of work, and the frequency of service. Detailed pricing is provided in your service agreement.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
  • Due Date: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in the suspension of services until overdue amounts are settled.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our cleaning services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
  • Communicate any special instructions or areas requiring particular attention.
  • Secure any valuables, fragile items, or confidential documents to prevent damage or loss.
  • Ensure pets are either secured or removed from the premises during service hours.
  • Provide identification if required for access to secure buildings or complexes.

4.1. Access to Premises

Clients must ensure that our cleaning staff can access all areas to be cleaned, including providing necessary keys, codes, or entry permissions.

4.2. Safety Compliance

Clients are responsible for informing us of any known hazards, such as slippery floors, exposed wiring, or unstable structures, to ensure the safety of our staff and your property.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Notice Period: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling without incurring a fee.
  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.
  • Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies occur; please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability

Our Cleaning Company strives to provide the highest quality service; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages or conditions in the property.
  • Loss or damage to personal property not disclosed prior to service.
  • Injuries sustained by clients or our staff during service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Damage caused by faulty appliances or equipment not maintained by the client.

7. Insurance

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage or loss during the provision of our cleaning services. Details of our insurance policy are available upon request.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and property details are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without explicit consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or other agreed-upon communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or region in which our services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement or dispute concerning our services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation before legal action is pursued.

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

  • Client-Initiated Termination: Clients may terminate services with a minimum of 24-hour notice without penalty. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of service fees.
  • Company-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to discontinue services to clients who violate these Terms and Conditions, present safety hazards, or otherwise hinder our ability to perform cleaning services effectively.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Our Cleaning Company and the client, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling and utilizing our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
